Only recommendation is the manner of communication. Audio files sent were long and repeated everything that could be sent by text or email. It was hard to find appropriate time and environment to listen to them when sent during the day while at work.

Mary Beth is very understanding and worked hard to find the exact property we needed. She is easy to talk to, with her sweet personality and smile. When I inherited this house, I was very overwhelmed to say the least. There was so much work to be done that I didn't know where to begin. Marybeth was with me every step of the way. She helped me figure out what each step should be, almost like she held my hand every step of the way. She gave me contact names, and offered to call people for me.
